- I understand that weather or other events may, in rare instances, necessitate an aircraft diversion and/or overnight stay at or away from the point of departure/destination. Some airline taxi and hotel providers require formal, written consent in order for young flyers to use their services and/or stay unaccompanied in the hotel.
- I hereby confirm that I give permission to the young flyer travelling by taxi unaccompanied and to stay in a hotel room unaccompanied. If the rule of the taxi provider or hotel provider requires that the young flyer is accompanied, I give my consent to the young flyer being accompanied by an employee or representative of the airline. The airline may contact local law enforcement and/or child protection authorities to assist.
